ARTIST NOTES: 'The Trio' is a combination of three dotted mandalas created using similar patterns. Working on round boards is my forte but with this one I wanted to challenge myself by creating mandalas on a rectangular board. The detailing added with dots enhances the beauty of the painting and gives it a flow.
With the design being uniform, it can be hung up both horizontally and vertically. The use of subtle colours with metallics gives a balance to the artwork and makes it well-suited to enliven any area.
