Offically: Narm Land (Melbourne, Australia) based Contemporary Wildlife and Pet Portrait Artist. 

Unofficially: A scribbler.

Self-taught artist, Renee Mitchell's finely-honed line work reference a detailed knowledge of technical drawing combined with a love of expressive line work. 

A passion for pens and love of freedom and movement can be seen in Mitchell's largest body of workds. In her Sratch Series animals and sea creatured alike show find detail and lose line working together in harmony to bring animals to life. A portion of these works combine pen with acrylic paint offering a mixed media contemporary take on the traditional portait.
